Sports Recovery & Rehab
After suffering a grueling groin injury that sidelined me from playing soccer for 3 months, I went to Allison at Inspire Train Fit to start the process of recovery. Between BEMER sessions and PNF stretching, as well as Kinesiology Taping, Allison got me back into soccer in just 2 weeks.
For the months while I was sidelined, I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to play again and never thought my range of motion would ever be the same but I have been playing again and will be leaving soon to go to Armenia and play with a professional club in the capital, Yerevan.
