Lymphatic Drainage & Vagus Nerve Reset
Lymphatic Drainage
What is the Vagus Nerve?
The Vagus nerve is the body’s great communicator. The bridge between your brain and every organ it reaches. It is the longest and most intricate of the cranial nerves, wandering from skull to stomach, from thought to breath, and from emotion to digestion.
Two key places along its path are especially vulnerable to restriction:
. The jugular foramen (where the nerve exits the skull)
. The gastroesophageal junction (where it passes through the diaphragm into the stomach)
Why is the Vagus Nerve Important?
When these areas are blocked or irrigated signals become disrupted- leading to inflammation, chronic pain, fatigue, and other hidden burdens that echo throughout the body.
By gently stimulating and releasing these areas, we help shift the body:
. From survival to restoration
. From fight-flight to rest-and-repair
. From trauma to healing
This is more than anatomy. It’s a return to safety-felt not just in the mind, but in every cell of your being. At Inspire Train Fit, we don’t just treat symptoms. We listen to the nervous system. Cranial nerve assessment is central to our protocol, especially for those facing:
. Chronic pain
. Unresolved trauma
. Prolonged stress
Vagus Nerve & Lymphatic Drainage
This integrative healing session utilizes neurological integration to assess the visceral organs and a therapeutic approach to calm the autonomic nervous system via the cranial nerves. Manual techniques involving gentle manipulation will be utilized to help calm the nervous system, increase Vagus nerve function, stimulate the lymphatic system and restore brain and tissue function. A gentle lymphatic drainage treatment to reduce chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue and remove waste from the cells to improve immune system function. Aromatherapy will also be combined to help reduce stress, boost energy levels, speed up the healing process, reduce anxiety, induce sleep, strengthen the immune system, reduce pain, improve digestion and increase circulation.
