Team Training Clinic Description

We offer a variety of exercise classes that you can choose from to create a custom program that fits your team’s goals

Vinyasa Yoga: This yoga class includes mindful deep breathing combined with yoga poses and stretches that promotes a healthy mind and body. Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice of yoga poses that emphasizes breathing techniques that are used as you move through each pose.

Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga is a dynamic practice that includes using the breath to access the subtle energy flow within the body. Hatha yoga involves mindful, intentional action, balancing strength, stability and flexibility in a process that affects all the systems of the body and mind.

Mat Pilates: This class uses mat-based Pilates to strengthen the core, support the spine, and create body awareness. This workout is derived from the principles of Joseph Pilates classical mat exercise sequence. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates, including core engagement, pilates breathing, shoulder girdle organization, and spinal articulation.

Dynamic Stretch & Foam Rolling: This dynamic stretching class will increase joint mobility, reduce stress, and muscle tension.

Ball Rolling for Mobility: This class includes lots of deep tissue rolling and myofascial release techniques to help you improve flexibility, reduce muscle stiffness, alleviate pain, restore motion and improve circulation.

Guided Meditation with Aromatherapy: This meditation class uses mindful deep breathing, aromatherapy, and visualization to relax and reduce stress.

Total Body Tune Up: This class will use multiply modalities to bring your body back into balance and tranquility.

Functional Core Conditioning: A highly effective workout that targets the abdominals and back muscles to increase abdominal strength and core stability.

Active Recovery Circuit: This recovery circuit is 2-4 rounds of mindful movement focused on recovery, joint mobility and function to reduce muscle tenion and improve motor control.
