Personal training sessions are offered daily from 8am – 6pm in a state-of-the-art sports and fitness training facility located at 80 Largo Drive, Stamford CT. All clients receive a fitness evaluation and goal setting session with the purchase of a personal training package. We will build a customized program based on your personal health and fitness goals. You will get individual attention and feel motivated while you exercise and learn proper strength training techniques. No annual fees. No gym membership required.

What is a Fitness Assessment?
We provide every client with a fitness assessment to determine their current fitness level and ability.

A Fitness Assessment includes:

  • Medical History Form
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Bodyfat Analysis

What are the payment and cancellation policies?
Personal training sessions are available at different times and price points for your convenience. Payment is due in full on your first training session. Sessions/packages expire one year after purchase date. Payment can be made in either CashCheck, Venmo or Credit Card. We are fully insured, licensed and we accept HSA (Health Savings Account).

Please honor our schedule by giving 24-hour advance notice of cancellation. If not, we reserve the right to redeem the paid session. No Refunds. Sessions are transferable between family members.
