What is MELT Method?
Melt is a scientific approach to self-care. It’s based on the principles of neurofascial science, improving the communication between your nervous system and connective tissues for better health and longevity.
What is Melt Method?
Melt isn’t your typical foam rolling or myofascial release. It’s a proactive approach to pain relief. Melt is about restoring autonomic regulation, offering a hands-off bodywork solution using specialized tools.
What does Melt Method do?
Rehydrate your connective tissue! Keeping your fascia hydrated can contribute to a more youthful feeling. Melt can help you uncover stuck stress and rehydrate the tissues that connect your body and mind. Stuck stress isn’t just a feeling, it’s in your fascia. Unresolved tension lives in your body’s connective tissue. Melt is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain. This gentle technique helps alleviate issue such as back pain, joint pain tension, neck pain and headaches.
What is fascia?
The fascial system covers the entire body like a connective web. It surrounds and interweaves between all organs, muscles, bones and nerve fibers giving the body a functional structure that allows all body systems to operate in an integrated manner. It’s the largest sensory organ in your body with 250 million sensory receptors and it plays a roll with your immune system, neurological well-being, and how you sense and feel the world around you. There are 12 fascial lines in our body. These lines wrap around muscles, separate muscle fibers, and muscles from bones as well as connect them. Every single muscle is wrapped in fascia and each bundle of fascia is connected to another bundle of fascia, which means that everything is connected in the human body, not separate parts.
Hand & Foot Treatment Sessions
By stimulating your hands and feet with melt balls, this easy to learn treatment can help reduce pain and inflammation. By applying direct pressure with these balls on specific points, you mobilize the many joints of the hands and feet, rejuvenating them with essential fluid. Position point pressing not only increases the ease of mobility of the hands and feet, but also improves the neural connection between your extremities and every other system in your body.
