The Milano Method combines mindful movement that everyone needs for well-being. It’s a total body-wellness concept. The Milano Method creates body awareness, stress reduction, lean muscle mass and reduces chronic pain and inflammation. Allison’s head-to-toe movement assessment is a complete analysis of your body mechanics and fitness ability, then she creates a customized program to meet your health and fitness goals.
