Reiki & Energy Healing Sessions
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an ancient Tibetan healing art that dates back nearly three thousand years. It is a hands-on method that uses Universal Energy to heal and return to balance elements of the body, mind and spirit. It is not a religion, nor does it require a belief system to work. It is a powerful yet gentle healing technique.
Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing technique that reduces stress, relieves pain, and facilitates healing, mentally, spiritually, and physically. Useful in treating all types of ailments and issues, the reiki energy of unconditional love is available to us all. The goal of this session will be to provide participants with an introduction to reiki and a sense of inner balance of your chakras. This energy healing sessions helps to balance the chakras and unlock any emotional or spiritual blocks.
Instructor Bio: Allison is a life-time certified group fitness instructor with AFAA and holds numerous fitness certifications including: Yoga, Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, Spinning, Kick-boxing, Bosu Balance Trainer, RIP Training, and Perinatal Fitness. Allison has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification with YogaFit. She has practiced and is trained in Vinyasa, Kripalu, Restorative, and Kundalini yoga. She strives to bring fun, serenity and kindness to her classes and hopes to inspire her students to enjoy the present moment. She is dedicated to helping students become more conscious through connection to breathe in movement and in stillness.
Allison is a certified Reiki Practitioner and Energy Healer through the Center of Living Light since 2002. She is an experienced healer who has treated hundreds of clients using the Usui Healing System, crystals, and aromatherapy with essential oils. Allison is also formally trained in Complementary & Alternative Medicine including fascia release technique, meditation, Ayurveda, and holistic herbs.
