Functional Training for Golfers

Kick-start your golf game with this golf-specific training program, which will help you improve your game. This fitness program will focus on developing power, balance, and flexibility by incorporating exercises that will work on core strength and spinal stabilization. Exercises will mimic movements of the game of golf and include useful training equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, and body bands. Exercises will consist of yoga poses for balance and mobility, pilates movements for deep core stabilization, and bodyweight exercises for power and strength.

A Private One-On-One Golf Playing Session for Beginners

South Pine Creek Golf Course, Fairfield CT

This program includes driving range practice, a private 9 hole round of golf, tee time, green fees, and club cart rental.  This par-3 9 hole playing session will teach you the rules of golf, proper golf course etiquette, and mechanics for hitting every shot.

**Participants need their own golf clubs and golf shoes.**
